Chia Seed Pudding
I had the absolute pleasure of spending one week in Costa Rica this year at a retreat centre called Hacienda Del Sol. While I was there, I did yoga twice a day and ate a plant-based diet, while focusing on relaxing my body, mind and soul. One of my favourite things to eat at breakfast there was their “chia seed pudding.” They have graciously shared their recipe with me; to which I have been incorporating into my diet since returning home, and now I am sharing it with you! I’ll have this three times a week. You can make this the night before so it can be ready to go first thing in the morning. Enjoy feeling satiated, enjoy the flavours & most importantly, enjoy the benefits on your digestive system!
