Before Bedtime Yoga Routine for Pelvic Floor Health

Perform cat/cow for a total of 10 belly breaths. Take your time - the slower, the better.

Hold figure 4 stretch for 10 belly breaths per side. Take your time - the slower, the better.

Hold legs up the wall for 10-15 mins. Can maximize your time by doing some guided meditation or listening to soothing music.
