Personal Facial Acupuncture Workshop
It all started when…
I realized I was giving such beautiful facial acupuncture treatments to my patients day in and day out and wasn’t creating space for my very own treatments!
This workshop is for the healthcare practitioner who is curious about including a weekly self care self-acupuncture routine into their lives. If you have experience with acupuncture and it’s within your scope of practice, you are invited to learn how to perform this art on your own face!
We will cover basic anatomy, contraindications, needle techniques and common acupuncture points. Participants will then be guided thru a self-acupuncture protocol and then rest for 20mins. Once needles are removed, a guided facial gua sha routine will commence to complete the personal facial acupuncture.
A starter kit can be included for an extra $50 and contains a set of acupuncture needles, a desktop vanity mirror, tweezers, a Bian gua sha stone tool and a vegan leather bag to hold your essentials.
Please note, this workshop is not intended to teach you how to do facial acupuncture on patients. That’s a separate workshop in the works!
